At FEV we offer a distinguished culinary experience of farm to table cuisine that will please the most discerning palate. Our daily menu is chosen by what is in season at the finca’s own organic vegetable garden, local farms and markets. Preparing fresh, humble and locally sourced food is our passion. For our overnight guests as well as daytrippers, we serve a three course meal of fresh picked salad greens, chicken, beef or fish and dessert made fresh every day. In addition, we serve vegetarian and pasta dishes upon request and are happy to prepare any dishes for those with dietary restrictions. These delightful meals are brought to you “family style” three times a day, seven days a week, all year round. Our own organic coffee is served throughout the day and all fruit juices are natural and made fresh.
Drinking water? We are very proud of our certified mountain spring water. One of the few places in the country where the drinking water is safe and delicious right from your cabin faucet. Make sure to fill up your bottle before departing!
